Pervej Alam
Co-Founder, Managing Director

Pervej is a Technology Leader with 20 plus years of broad IT experience including emerging technology R&D, software development, product engineering, data warehousing, business intelligence, systems architecture, client relationship management, sales and operations. Pervej has strong working knowledge of ML/AI, IoT, and NLP. Pervej’s industry domain experience spans Financial, Healthcare and Retail.  He holds a B.S in Information Systems from St. Cloud State University and MS from University of St. Thomas in Software Engineering. Pervej has also completed an executive program on AI from Carnegie Mellon University.

Shadab Mahbub
Co-Founder, Director

Shadab is an entrepreneur and a SCRUM Alliance Certified Project Manager who co-founded WebAble Digital & Ether Technologies and hosts over 8 years of experience in executing digital marketing campaigns and software development projects for various for-profit and development organizations. His product development experience includes ChatLeads – a natural language processing engine and BotNinja – SAAS for marketing automation. He is a graduate of the Department of Finance, University of Dhaka.

Dan Hardtke

Dan is an accomplished Digital Product Leader that brings 30+ years of success delivering innovative digital products to market. He has deep expertise in Healthcare and significant experience in Retail, Manufacturing and HR/Payroll. His many years spent defining business and technical architecture helps him seamlessly take products from ideation and discovery to technical delivery and market go-live. Dan has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Minnesota.
Tina Wallman
Senior Director and CTO Product Owner

Tina is an experienced leader that has been focused on creating innovative products around Technology Innovation and Healthcare. Tina is adept at bringing Business and IT leaders together to solve business problems while leveraging advanced technologies.  Tina takes a vision and makes it reality through sound strategy development. She intuitively sees the threads of opportunity that wind through an organization, brings them together into a coherent whole, helps others extend their thinking, and drives material business advantage.

Tina has over 15 years of healthcare and technology experience in areas of new product development, innovation, strategy and advanced technologies.  Tina has been driving digital transformation to enable an omnichannel end to end consumer experience as well as the modernization of technology platforms.  

Tina has been published in HealthTech.  She graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelors of Science.  She completed the UnitedHealth Group Executive Development program through Stanford Graduate School of Business.  She completed Optum AI for Executive Education Program at Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University. 

Ravi Kondadadi
Principal ML/NLP Engineer
Avalara, U.S.A

Ravi Kondadadi has more than 20 years of experience in developing AI/ML solutions. He has extensive experience in building healthcare AI models in clinical and benefits domains. Ravi is an expert in developing NLP solutions using machine learning and deep learning and has experience developing ML models for different domains including healthcare, legal and financial. In the past, Ravi has extensively worked on clinical AI as a distinguished AI/ML engineer for Optum, and as Lead Machine Learning researcher for Nuance Communications. He also spent nearly eight years as an ML research scientist at Thomson Reuters. Ravi has a Master’s degree in computer science from the University of Memphis. Ravi owns multiple patents in AI/ML and has authored over 20 academic papers in prestigious AI conferences.

Ron Hoffner

Ron is a proven product and strategy executive. With experience crossing multiple industries and sizes, Ron is known for developing innovative offerings, building high-performing teams, and implementing robust product management processes.  Ron was most recently the Chief Product Officer at OneOme a start-up co-founded by the Mayo Clinic that focuses on the application of pharmacogenomics in patient care.   Ron has also held product and strategy roles at Optum, 3M, and Deloitte Consulting.   At Optum, Ron was selected to be the 2008 Innovator in Residence. Ron has an MBA and Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota -Carlson School of Management.  He is also a CFA Charterholder, as his secret superpower is solid financial skills. In his free time, Ron enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on Minnesota sports teams, and planning his next ski trip. 

Kerrie Holley

Kerrie is a Director in Google Cloud, Healthcare, and Life Sciences. Focused on strategy, data, architecture and generative AI. Prior to joining Google, Kerrie was Optum’s 1st Technology Fellow and SVP focused on advancing UHG / Optum in artificial intelligence (machine learning and NLP), IoT, genomics, and graph technology. Kerrie led an R&D development team focused on accelerating the adoption of advanced technologies in healthcare.

Prior to Optum, Kerrie was a VP and CTO for an analytics and automation software portfolio at Cisco. The bulk of Kerrie’s career was at the IBM Company where he was appointed to IBM Fellow in 2006, IBM’s highest honor for a scientist or engineer, by the CEO, Sam Palmisano. In IBM Research Kerrie’s area of focus was on cognitive computing, microservices, APIs, digitization, and architectural models. Before joining IBM Research he was the CTO for IBM’s Global Business Services for the Applications Innovation organization.

He appeared on ABC News and in a TED talk when IBM Watson was first introduced describing Watson’s next job. He is the author of three books, the most recent being published in 2021, “AI First Healthcare.”

Kerrie is a graduate of DePaul University in Chicago with a degree in mathematics. Kerrie also holds a Juris Doctorate degree from DePaul University. In 2016, DePaul conferred a Doctor of Humane Letters. Kerrie holds over 30 patents. In 2023 he was elected to the National Academy of Engineering which represents a select group of national and international senior professionals who have distinguished themselves through technical accomplishments.
